This luxurious property 'Villa Virginia' is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday a few steps from Stresa, the most famous town on Lake Maggiore. The villa (900 sqm) offers an elegant and very exclusive setting in which to relax with friends or family for up to 16 people.
Villa Virginia is beautifully designed with a majestic central hall that divides the villa into two wings and an impressive spiral staircase connecting the 3 floors:
- On the main floor, one wing features the spacious living room characterised by a cosy sitting room with fireplace and relaxation area with TV. The other wing consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with access to the outdoor terrace. Two bathrooms and a laundry room.
- The first floor consists of 5 bedrooms with, on one wing, a master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. A small bedroom with a single bed or cot. The other wing has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
- The second attic floor has 3 bedrooms with, on one wing, a room with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. The other wing has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is built around a central courtyard that boasts a terrace with a lounge area under two large umbrellas, a flowery pergola with a relaxation corner, a large private swimming pool with a wonderful hydromassage area, surrounded by sun loungers, and a pool house with changing room and bathroom with shower. To complete this extraordinary property there is a tennis court, a bocce court and even a lovely chapel (see notes below). Enough facilities to keep everyone entertained!
Villa Virginia is situated in a quiet location right on the edge of Stresa at a short walking distance (400 m) from its charming centre with small alleys and squares with boutiques and restaurants. Stresa is known as the pearl of Lake Maggiore, a charming town with large villas, five-star hotels and a beautiful lakeside promenade. It is the most popular tourist resort on Lake Maggiore and the perfect base from which to explore the lake; you can easily board any ferry to visit the famous Borromean Islands and the other villages and wonders of Lake Maggiore. Stresa train station connects you easily with the centre of Milan. Other day trips are possible to the famous Piedmontese vineyards, romantic Lake Orta, or trekking in the nearby mountains and valleys.

- The owners live in another villa in the same park about 100 metres from the villa. They share access to the tennis court, bowling alley and chapel. They are ready to satisfy every request and offer you the best services while respecting your privacy: they will not interfere with your stay and will be happy to provide you with advice and information about the region.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
