The living area consists of a living room and a dining room, both facing the outside through a very large glass wall ... the fireplace in the dining room makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
on the mezzanine floor we find the first bedroom with private bathroom, a window facing the lake allows you to admire the view even while lying down in bed ...
in the first floor you get to the second sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a half bathroom.
The kitchen is located near the dining room, slightly raised and adjacent to a bathroom.
The exterior is furnished with tables, chairs, 2 barbecues, deckchairs and parasols.
Casa Gia combines comfort, tranquility and a breathtaking view.
The fireplace shown in the photo is exclusively for decorative purposes.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.

Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
