The Studio is located 3 km far from Verbania “ The Selva Residence with share pool”, in an excellent location for a pleasant holiday in a quiet place with all comforts.
The large terrace equipped with a sofa, table chairs and barbecue makes for a pleasant stay both outside and inside.
The studio has a king-size bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a full optional kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A free entry to the swimming pool ( open from 30 June to 31 August) for 2 persons and a convenient parking space for 1 car complete our offer.

- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
