Lovely newly renovated flat surrounded by greenery situated on the first hill of Verbania Pallanza.
Casa Margherita is a perfect location for those who like to spend their holiday in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.
The flat is located at the entrance of the walking path leading to the Cima del Monte Rosso, a path that can be followed on foot or by bicycle.
The flat, which will be renovated in June 2023, consists of :
kitchen equipped with table and chairs
double bedroom
bathroom with shower
living area with double sofa bed
to complete the flat lovely little balcony
reserved parking space
laundry room
exclusive indoor parking for bicycles
In the Margherita house animals are welcome and checkin can be done through key box after sending the documents and the total payment of the reservation due.
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 5 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
