The recently built Villa is surrounded by garden and is located in a quiet and sunny area.
Villa Maya is arranged on three levels.
On the garden level we find a spacious living area with a beautiful open kitchen

Access to the villa through the streets of the village of Bracchio is narrow, so need to be careful for those arriving by car
The fireplace shown in the photo is exclusively for decorative purposes.
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 10 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
from 8pm to 11pm: 30 euro
after 11pm: 50 euro
