It has been furnished with taste and elegance, attention to detail and total comfort. The sunny terrace on 3rd floor overlooks the roofs of Suna and gives a beautiful view on the lake with Borromean Islands and the mountains.
The 105 sqm penthouse is on 2 levels and is composed as follows: at the entrance level there is a living area with satellite TV, double sofa bed, kitchen and dining room, homeoffice space, sunny afternoon balcony and bathroom. On the 3rd floor a sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, a 20 sqm lakeview terrace and a bathroom.

The Federico Penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people plus an infant in a baby cot.
For large families or small groups of friends it is possible to additionally rent the Tommaso Penthouse (2 beds in double room, seperate bathroom with shower and a combined living room-kitchen space) located on the same floor as the Federico Penthouse, then for up to 8 guests.
For its unique location, we recommend this Penthouse for families or friends who like to spend a holiday in an relax and quiet atmosphere with all amenities within 2 minutes walking distance: beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. All special shops for daily needs in same walking distance.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
