New and lovely flat located in the historic centre of Verbania Intra, a few steps from shops and restaurants.
The flat, renovated in 2022, offers a perfect location for couples or small families (max 4 people) who want to spend a relaxing holiday on Lake Maggiore.
The flat allows you to reach the main tourist destinations without the use of the car.
The flat on the ground floor is located in a quiet side street and consists of:
living room with double sofa bed
fully equipped kitchen
bedroom with double bed
bathroom with shower
The car can be left in the market square at 200 meters from the flat, but keeping in mind that Saturday is the market day and therefore the car must be moved on Friday evening.
Access to the flat is by keybox.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
