The flat, which accommodates up to 8 persons, is composed as follows
1 double bedroom with private bathroom and bathtub
1 double bedroom with private bathroom
1 Turkish bath
1 guest room with sofa bed convertible into 2 single beds one
a 150 sq m living area with open kitchen and 2 single sofa beds
dining area
TV area
fitness area
laundry room
private garage on request for a fee

The Loft Stylish is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend a short holiday in the centre of Milan without sacrificing luxury and comfort. It is also ideal for business meetings and events.
The Loft provides the following services on payment and on request:
covered and guarded parking space 40 euro per night
private chef
home catering
baby setting
daily cleaning
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
from 8pm to 11pm: 50 euro
after 11pm: 80 euro

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
- The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
