Booking Rules 

After choosing the house, the customer confirms by e-mail or telephone their choice to our staff in their own language.

Required data: name, surname, residence, mobile phone, e-mail, period of occupancy, number of occupants.

 

Lake and Italy sends the client the rental contract or an e-mail of successful booking

If the booking is made within 15 days from the date of arrival the client is obliged to pay 100% of the rental contract.

 

4 . If the booking is made before 15 days from the date of arrival Lake and Italy will process 1,00 euro from the credit card to check its validity and then send the client an e-mail with the modalities and timing of the required payments.

 

If points 3 and 4 are not possible the reservation will not be confirmed

 

HOW TO GET TO THE HOUSE

In the rental contract or in the booking confirmation email, you will be given instructions, directions and the address of the house or the name and telephone number of the person responsible for handing over the keys.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Standard arrival time between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. (check in price within standard time euro 20,00) Maximum departure time 10.00 a.m. Delays or mishaps must absolutely be reported and agreed with the reception staff in good time.

An extra charge will be made for arrivals after 8 p.m.

from 20.00 to 22.00 check in price euro 30.00

from 22.00 onwards euro 50,00

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

20% deposit upon confirmation of booking by bank transfer or credit card.

 

Balance of the rent paid maximum 14 days before the arrival by bank transfer or credit card.Only the additional costs (cleaning, taxes, check in amount) will be requested to be paid in cash when the keys are handed over. 

The damage deposit can be secured by credit card or paid in cash on arrival (and returned in cash on departure 

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation of the booking the penalties to be paid to Lake and Italy are as follows:

1. Up to 15 days before arrival no penalty

2. From 14 days until the day of arrival 100 % penalty.
